I was lucky enough to have Kim as my line manager and mentor when I first started out in the world of destination marketing and without her solid foundation of guidance then I wouldn’t have gone on to achieve half the things I have in my career. She’s a doer that delivers the outcomes needed whilst navigating complicated relationships and opposing objectives in the challenging world of partnership working and underpinning all of this are her brilliant communication skills.
