Here’s a useful graphic from sage.com on How to Recover an Unpaid Invoice. For small businesses, cash flow is the most important factor to ensure overheads are meet. Unfortunately, for many of us, far too much time and energy is spent chasing late payments, ultimately interrupting a business’s cash flow and ability to take on new projects and expand.

By following a standard business process for recovering unpaid invoices, such as the one from Sage, you can reduce this time while remaining professional and protecting your client relationships.
