Social Media Training
I’ve always loved training and empowering people to learn new things. I bring 20 years’ experience, empathy and knowledge to helping business owners and companies grow their business through social media. Whether you are just starting out with Facebook, want to understand what and when to post on Twitter, want to try blogging or need to get more leads from LinkedIn – I can help.
I offer one to one training, small groups, or I can come to your company and talk about social media strategy, policy and work with your marketing team. My training is very practical with lots of examples and I recommend people bring a laptop or tablet so they can leave with all the techniques for getting the most from social media.
As an example, two hours training at your premises would be £99 per person. Bespoke, shorter or longer courses can be developed.
I currently offer the following courses:
- Social Media Overview
- Blogging for Business – A Beginner’s Guide
- Getting Started with Twitter for Business
- Getting Started with Facebook for Business
- Making the Most of Facebook Groups/Facebook for Community Groups
- Making the Most of LinkedIn
- Making Images for Social Media and Blogs with Canva
What my Clients Say…
Amy Vaughan BA (Hons), DipM – Sales & Marketing Manager at Kensa Creative
I attended a social media workshop in September where Kim was the trainer. Her delivery method was a really good measure of informational content and discussion within the room, which I found particularly enjoyable and engaging. I am quite an active user of social media and I found the workshop to be beneficial for both beginners and more advanced users, so was very worth my time out of the business. I look forward to attending a future event where Kim shares her knowledge.
Nikki Ayton – Project Manager | Creative Emotions & Social Media Promotions
Kim offered her expertise to the Growth Hub – Shropshire in 2016 by giving talks about Social Media Marketing based on LinkedIn and Blogging. Those who attended were immediately at ease in her presence and there was a really good balance of interaction and subject content. Kim is a confident trainer who is qualified in her subject. I would welcome her back to the Growth Hub and recommend her as a speaker who is not only knowledgeable about her subject area but also passionate about helping businesses to grow.
Mandy Swain – Senior Business Adviser – Marches Growth Hub
As part of Social Enterprise week, we were pleased to team up with Kim who gave us a comprehensive guide to blogging for beginners. she shared her own experiences and tailored the session totally demystifying the blogging process. She presented a wonderfully inclusive session and encouraged us all to ‘Have a go!” Feedback was excellent.
Beth Heath – Chief Executive at Shrewsbury Food Festival
Kim supported Shropshire Festivals in an intensive month of social media engagement ahead of the inaugural Telfood Feastival. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Kim for her amazing help on promoting Telfood. It has been a phenomenal benefit having Kim involved, she seamlessly got on with the task leaving myself and the team to concentrate on the operational side. Kim’s involvement added to the success of this event and it was a total pleasure working with her and learning some tricks of the trade.
